Pride Menstrual Cup

The menstrual cup is a small, bell-shaped cup that a person can insert into their vagina to collect menstrual blood during a period.

The Pride menstrual cup is made of medical-grade silicone, and completely reusable. People simply empty the cup, wash it with soap and water, and insert it again.

You can use the same cup for more than 3 years regularly.  

The Pride cups are safe, leak proof,healthy product for menstruation.

It’s easy to use with the help of  instruction manual given with every cup.

A person can wear the Pride cup for up to 6–12 hours before it needs to be removed and washed. Anyone with a heavier menstrual flow may need to empty their cup more frequently.

In Case of Menstrual hygiene there are some points to remember :

  • keep health hygienic schedule, have bath daily, specially clean your private parts daily with normal water.
  • Change your pads/tampons, cup flow in every 6-8 hours (depending on your flow).
  • Eat healthy food ,no restriction on any food, just avoid too spicy, salty & fried
  • Continue your routine activities. Periods are regular process, let it not hinder your regular life.
